O1 - I4EU Handbook The objective of the activity consists of two reports which are the basis for the development of the other project activities and a manual on technologies, models and best practices related to industry 4.0. The first report consists of a review of the professional skills needed to implement industry 4.0 models and an analysis of the current labor market situation and employability prospects. The second report consists of a review of the state of the art of Industry 4.0 at the European level.

O2 - Smart industry observatory The aim of the activity consists of a collection of interviews, case studies and good practices related to the practical implementations of the Industry 4.0 paradigm. The goal is to produce educational material capable of providing examples of the technologies and models related to Industry 4.0 applied in practice.

O3 - I4.0 competence meter The goal is to develop an online tool capable of evaluating the digital skills of companies and professionals with respect to Industry 4.0. The tool will evaluate the level of maturity, suggest learning programs useful to fill the possible skills gap, and will be distributed as an automatic Internet service, available in different languages.

O4 - European I4.0 qualifications The aim of the activity is to design European professional qualifications that guarantee professionalism and readiness in applying Industry 4.0 paradigms in a European competition. Qualifications are defined and in line with European lifelong learning tools (EQF, ECVET, and EQAVET learning, learning outcomes units, credit points, assessment and validation procedures, provisions on mobility)

O5 - Smart Industry labs The goal of the activity is the physical implementation of highly innovative remote controlled laboratories on technologies related to Industry 4.0. The workshops are intended to be didactic demonstrators in which students can have practical experiences in controlled situations but using real or virtual equipment.

O6 -Short Learning Programs The goal is a series of short learning programs, produced in different languages ​​and which address different aspects of technologies and models related to industry 4.0, linked to the qualifications developed in O4. The courses have different objectives (companies, professionals, etc) and are created by universities, companies, and industry experts. The learning modules produced consist of video lessons (variable duration, average duration of each SLP 5 h), digitized and linked to texts, exercises, and web links
