Transferability Model The purpose of the distance learning website is to develop a tool that visually describes the practical learning process step by step, expressing its objectives and moving on to the next example after the successful completion of the previous one. Furthermore, the e-learning platform that we need to develop will be integrated with the self-assessment system capable of analyzing the current situation (R1). Therefore, it is different from other e-learning platforms. The e-learning e-learning platform will be developed as a web application. Moodle or other platforms and Python, C # Core, HTML5, Php will be used in the coding of the distance learning platform. The software lifecycle methodology will be used in the development of the platform. No other products using this methodology were found in the Erasmus + project results platform.
